Dalia is a multifamily speaker and trainer with over 20 years of operations experience, from on-site leasing to executive leadership. With a master's in psychology and a daily practice building with AI, she helps teams adopt technology without losing the human skills that keep residents and teams. She serves on the Columbus Apartment Association board and is NAA Region 3 Regional Vice President.

Dalia has spent over 20 years inside multifamily: on-site, in the field, and at the executive level. She has been the leasing agent, the regional manager, and the executive navigating the exact pressures property management teams face today. She is also deeply proficient in technology. She builds with AI tools in her own professional practice, so she understands how they work from the inside out. With a master's in psychology and a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, she also understands how people think, resist, adapt, and embrace change. Dalia is the human bridge between AI and property management teams. She has spoken at Blueprint, RETCON, and AIM, serves on the Columbus Apartment Association board, is NAA Region 3 Regional Vice President, and is a graduate of the NAA Leadership Lyceum. She founded Direct Path Solutions and created free tools that multifamily teams use to assess their technology and model AI returns.
