Where technology meets people

I have spent over 20 years inside multifamily. On-site. In the field. At the executive level. I have been the leasing agent, the regional manager, and the executive navigating the exact pressures your teams face today.

I am also deeply proficient in technology. I build with AI tools in my own professional practice, so I understand them from the inside out. My master’s in psychology adds the other half: how people think, resist, adapt, and embrace change.

I don’t translate AI for property management professionals. I am the translation.
