 My name is Dalia Kalgreen and I am the CEO of Direct Path.  I help property management executives refine their spend to gain high value leads and improve customer service with the use of technology.

 With over 18 years of experience and multiple speaking engagements as well as serving on multiple boards, I have provided access to the technology advancements in real estate to numerous organizations aiding them in multiple areas.

Starting from the ground level, I transitioned into training and marketing, later spearheading national campaigns and gaining recognition as a multifamily industry leader. Engaging in podcasts and joining the education committee, I advanced in my career, motivated by a passion for making a lasting impact on companies and communities. Along the journey, I observed industry issues, fueling a drive for innovation and a personal calling to address them directly.
