Do you work with organizations outside of multifamily?While multifamily is my specialty, the Transformation Bridge Method applies to any organization navigating technology and change. If you're in a related industry (commercial real estate, property tech, facilities management), let's talk.

Can you just implement the technology for us?No—I'm a strategist and advisor, not a technical implementer. I'll guide you through selection, provide implementation roadmaps, and support your team, but your internal team or vendor partners handle the technical execution.

What's your availability for quick projects?It depends on my current client load. Typically, I can start discovery calls within 1-2 weeks and full projects within 3-4 weeks. Intensive programs may have longer lead times.

Do you offer payment plans?Yes, for retainer engagements and larger projects. We can discuss options during our discovery call.
